Heyo, Paul Haluszczak here.

I’ve ridden an unconventional roller coaster to get to where I am today:

  • May 2014: I graduate with a degree in economics and serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon.

  • August 2015: I land my first full-salary position as a data analyst.

  • July 2016: I change careers to marketing and communications to fulfill my generic desire to be a writer.

  • July 2018: I receive a promotion to Communications Manager and receive a 13% raise.

  • January 2020: I receive a promotion to Director of Digital Communications and receive an 18% raise.

  • October 2021: I change employers and increase my salary by 27%.

  • April 2022: I change employers and increase my salary by 59%, earning $135,000.

In 3.5 years, I went from a Communications Associate with zero credentials to earning two promotions and becoming a Communications Director. Two years after that, I doubled my salary and was earning well over six figures.

The time has come to share my experience with others.

Through the 6-Figure Promotion Framework, I’m helping nonprofit communications professionals earn director-level promotions in 90 days without sacrificing their free time.

Can it really happen in just 90 days?

Yes.

What if it doesn’t?

I keep working with you for free until the promotion is earned. Your success is my success, and I won’t stop showing up for you until that success is achieved (and I’ll stick around after, but I digress).

Why do I coach?

I’ve always had a unique ability to ask penetrating questions. It’s actually why college frustrated the bejesus out of me. I’d ask a question, my professors would say, “we don’t have enough time to explore that question in depth,” and it would go unaddressed until the end of time.

I like asking (and addressing) questions that open up hour-long, day-long, even week-long conversations.

Questions like, “what does your perfect, repeatable day look like?” or “who were you before we met today?” or “what question do you wish more people asked you?”

Really good questions have the ability to create new possibilities out of thin air and that is a skill I treasure dearly.

I knew I wanted to be a coach after working with one back in 2015 (and two other since).

The opportunity to support people in seeing and creating new, exciting futures for themselves is an infinite source of energy for me.
